Our Residential Moving Process
1. Get Your Free Quote
Call us or fill out the online form. Tell us about your home, your move date, and any special items (piano, pool table, safe, etc.). We’ll give you an honest estimate in minutes. For larger homes, we’re happy to do an in-home or video walkthrough.
2. Book Your Move
Pick your date and time. We’ll confirm your crew size, truck, and arrival window. We’ll also go over any details that will help your move go smoothly, like parking instructions, gate codes, or elevator reservations.
3. Moving Day
Your crew arrives on time in a clean, branded truck. They walk through your home, identify anything that needs special attention, protect your floors and doorframes, wrap and load everything, and head to your new place. At the new home, everything gets unloaded and placed in the rooms you specify.
4. Final Walkthrough
Before we leave, we walk through both homes with you. We check that nothing was left behind and that everything is where you want it. You pay once you’re satisfied. That’s it — you’re home.
5. Setup & Walkthrough
At your new space, we unpack, reassemble furniture, place everything according to your floor plan, and reconnect electronics. We do a walkthrough with you to make sure every department is set up and nothing is missing. Your team walks in Monday morning and gets to work.

Your move includes a clean, properly maintained truck sized for your home, plus all the equipment: moving blankets, stretch wrap, shrink wrap, floor runners, door bumpers, dollies, hand trucks, and tools for disassembly and reassembly.
Furniture Wrapping & Protection
Every piece of furniture gets wrapped in moving blankets. Upholstered items get plastic wrap. Wood surfaces get corner protectors. We protect floors and doorframes at both your old and new home. If it can get scratched, dented, or dinged, we protect it.
Disassembly & Reassembly
Bed frames, cribs, dining tables, desks, sectional sofas, shelving units — if it needs to come apart, we take it apart and put it back together in your new home. All hardware gets bagged and labeled so nothing gets lost.
Careful Loading & Placement
We load the truck strategically to prevent shifting during transit. At your new home, every box and piece of furniture goes in the room you designate. We don’t just dump everything in the garage and leave — we place it where you want it.
Transparent Pricing
Local moves are billed at an hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum. The rate covers everything: crew, truck, equipment, fuel, and mileage. No fuel surcharges, no stair fees, no surprise charges at the end. We give you an honest estimate and stick to it.
