1. Site Survey & Planning
We start with a walkthrough of your current space and your new location. We’ll assess the scope of the move, identify any challenges (freight elevators, loading dock access, parking logistics), and build a detailed move plan with a timeline. You’ll get a written estimate with no hidden costs.
2. Pre-Move Coordination
Before moving day, we coordinate with building management at both locations, schedule elevator access and loading docks, and confirm the move timeline with your team. If you want departments moved in phases, we’ll plan for that. If you want it all done in one night, we’ll plan for that too.
3. Packing & Labeling
Every item gets labeled by department, floor, and room so it ends up in exactly the right spot at the new office. Electronics are packed in anti-static materials. Files and documents are boxed and sealed. Furniture is blanket-wrapped and protected
4. Move Execution
Our crew executes the move according to the plan. We work efficiently, safely, and with constant communication so you always know where things stand. After-hours and weekend moves are standard for us — we work on your schedule.
5. Setup & Walkthrough
At your new space, we unpack, reassemble furniture, place everything according to your floor plan, and reconnect electronics. We do a walkthrough with you to make sure every department is set up and nothing is missing. Your team walks in Monday morning and gets to work.
