You Ordered a Pod or Container

PODS, 1-800-PACK-RAT, and other portable container services drop off the container. You fill it. They pick it up and deliver it. The part most people underestimate is the loading. Our crew makes sure everything is packed efficiently and safely inside the container so nothing moves during transport.

You’re Moving Into or Out of Storage

Loading a storage unit the right way means you can actually find things later. We’ll organize and load your unit so it’s accessible and efficient. When it’s time to get your stuff out, we’ll unload it all and take it wherever it needs to go.

Our loading and unloading service is billed at an hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum. The rate includes your crew and all equipment. A typical 1-2 bedroom load takes 2-3 hours. A 3-4 bedroom home usually takes 3-5 hours. Call us for a free estimate based on your specific situation.

Yes. We load PODS, 1-800-PACK-RAT, U-Pack, and all other portable storage containers regularly. Our crew knows how to maximize space inside these containers and secure your items to prevent damage during transport.

We recommend being present (or having someone available) so we can confirm what goes where and handle any questions. If you can’t be there, we can work from a detailed list and communicate with you by phone

Absolutely. Unload-only service is one of our most common requests. Whether it’s a rental truck you drove yourself or a pod that just got delivered, we’ll unload everything and place it in the rooms you specify.
